Who I Am

Professionally, I bring decades of experience in graphic design, account management, and leadership—along with the perspective that only life experience can provide. I earned my Business degree with an emphasis in Marketing from Saint Louis University and was married for more than 36 years, experiences that have shaped both my professional and personal approach to relationships, communication, and service.

One standout memory from my time at SLU was taking Theology of Marriage—taught by a priest. A Jesuit education offers a depth and perspective that is truly unique, and I valued every day spent on that beautiful campus. I was also an active member of the Alpha Kappa Psi business fraternity.

 

Professional Background

My career began in the pre-digital era at two film houses, where I gained hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the printing process. From there, I transitioned into the advertising agency world, working at four different agencies and building a strong foundation in branding, graphic design, and client account management.

On a Personal Note

I am a believer and follower of Jesus Christ. In February of 2026, I lost the love of my life to cancer. We shared in total over 38 wonderful years together and raised two amazing children—both believers—and now enjoy our three grandchildren. Faith has always been the foundation of our family, and being “One with Jesus” is something I hold close and live out daily.

Music has also played an important role in my life. I’ve been a singer for many years, play the piano, and have had the privilege of being part of praise teams as well as our local community choir—experiences I value deeply.

As our children grew and began their own journeys, my wife and I enjoyed spending time traveling, attending live local music events, and playing golf—something I continue to enjoy today.
